All classes are 45-minute Ashtanga unless noted otherwise.
You do not need a reservation to attend a class.

In-Person/Studio Classes:
Entering studio:
Enter studio from rear door (driveway side).  
Older children & teens familiar with yoga and studio etiquette welcome with their parent.   
Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to find your spot and get comfortable.

Parking
Plenty of free (2 hrs.) street parking on Wake Forest or Clemson. 

What to bring
Mats, block(s) &/or blanket (if you use it/them in your practice), water bottle
Mat rentals are available for $1  

Pricing
Classes are donation based (suggested minimum donation $5-10) with a portion of all proceeds going towards a select group of local and national charities, a few are listed below.
